don't think people are the problem, any society is bound ot have bad apples, but the country is stuck with a system that is not designed to better anything. It is designed to stick to and reward stupidity. People can't be blamed for thinking selfishly, that what every society does.

There's no mechanism to fix the broken system too as it became big complex and centralized. The geniuses relied on the administrative structure that British framed for the sole purpose of oppressing people and it's working as designed, just that British is replaced with few other people of our own. It's nauseating to see media celebrate someone passing a stupid exam than achieving something in life.
