In my family 80% of my people who are over 50-55 age bought apartments and villas in Hyd recently in last 5 years. Their kids left now to different cities for their own career and jobs

They will most likely spend 75% in India -25% in US. as they grow older and kids get married even that 25% will go down.

those apartment and villas have inflated prices.
Hyderabad is not suited for retirement IMHO.

Texas is the most idiotic place to be.

How will you take your family out on vacation?

You will have to fly everywhere....and tickets will be expensive during vacation time.

The average number of vacations people take in Texas is significantly lower than people on East or west coasts.

Be on the coasts and drive to good spots...you will be lot more spontaneous.

Once you are 5 kms away from ORR, corruption starts....but the amount you need to pay is significantly lower than what you would have paid 10 years ago.
