where did I say their is no exploitation in US.
exploitation everywhere; but cops have to come to an office as undercover employees to uncover the crime is what I am talking about; had TCS taken the action and took the preparators to the police I wouldn't be commenting about the corporate standards.
more importantly-- employees should be made aware of their rights as well; like how the harassment and retaliation all of those stuff is mandated in corporate settings in US; like wise If they had any such setting, we would have seen swift action from the company itself before it became this big. I see this as a failure of a corporate entity here. especially for services companies like WITCH BPO is considered as non-corporate entity and they don't treat employees to same level of standards as their other entities.
