Except privately owned ones Indian pharma firms have substantial PE ownership. Dr. Reddys lo promoter share is about 20% More than 50% is owned by PE. Others like Nannapaneni valla NATCO , Aurobindo have strong ownership from founders about 50%. Laurus is also PE ownership similar to DR. Reddys.

Ambani and adani still have strong ownership but I doubt their loyalties. DRL has substantial M0slems in HR wing but not sure if shady stuff is happening there. Not sure of other company HRs.

all of the firms that are being traded in NSE and BSE all have varying levels of PE so called FDIs then. can we say the same about all of them.

Pretty much. If PEs hold a majority stake in a company, they're not just in for profits/dividends their governing structure is essentially swapped.
