The outrage is that South states will not have bargaining power despite contributing to the GDP.

whatever the calculations are at the end of the representation from BIMARU states is more than majority so BJP has more chances. Whoever wins majority of seats in BIMARU states will control the center they don’t have to care about South states.

Already South states doesn’t get much treatment in allocation of funds anyway railway budget historically speaking as example.

as of now center didn’t mention any process how delimitation would be calculated but percentage of representation shrinks,

Its not that as of today south has good representation but it would further dilute our say in parliament is what many are concerned about.

There is no such bargaining power atleast to the Telugu states from the beginning. All Telugu politicians have been palanquin bearers of the central parties with states being fiefdoms for certain families. It's not different in TamilNadu or even Karnataka.

Moving forward is further consolidation of two party system and regional fiefs reduced to mere tail wagers, if they're already not. To be honest Southern states infrastructure is built on the backs of cheap labour from Northern and Central states, and also on the backs of their energy reserves. Their beaurocrats are special breed of leeches though, that's another story.

Emundi andulo just a gimmick to accomodate female reservation. Doubling each state mps not going to threaten anyone.

cheap labor from north was non existent before only when south became more educated and migration happened from south to gulf/west that’s when cheap labor started flowing in.

Mineral wealth — I am not finding the word to it, yes I do agree that South benefitted from mineral wealth of north but help me find the word to it;

isn't that start of rapid urban sprawl and infra building ? That's when labour from the North filled the gap.
