Separately, the employee alleged that strict measures were enforced inside the office in the name of security, requiring staff to leave their phones, bags and even lunch boxes outside the work floor, which, he claimed, ensured that activities within remained “off the record."

The witness also named two other staff, Danish and Raza, who allegedly booked hotels and resorts for weekends from the office floor and pressured young women employees to join them. Describing the overall environment as toxic, she said that she now feels safe after leaving the company.

Another victim, described being physically and psychologically isolated: “I was made to work alone on the rooftop. My phone was snatched." The act, he suggested, was not random punishment but a deliberate tactic to cut him off and exert control.

These allegations are part of several claims made by eight female staff at the TCS Nashik office involving sexual harassment and forced religious conversion.

A petition was filed in the Supreme Courton Thursday seeking directions to the central and state governments to control deceitful religious conversion.

A Special Investigation Team (SIT) was constituted last week to probe the matter, following which seven employees were arrested. Those taken into custody include Danish Sheikh, Tausif Attar, Raza Memon, Shahrukh Qureshi, Shafi Sheikh, Asif Aftab Ansari, and HR manager Nida Khan.
