Interestingly on H1B people are doing multiple jobs (esp developers) as the remote jobs still exists and they do not have to file LCA. in My team itself I know H1B ppl doing multiple jobs. They do not join calls, even if they join they do not speak (as they are developers). Functional People/Product Owners/Analysts have to talk to business team in the calls.
