swan Posted October 19, 2011 Report Posted October 19, 2011 Hi Everyone, Currently i am on opt which started in july 1,2011 and my visa is going to expire on December 31,2011.I have a job in hand currently and its a contract based job.So if i travel to India anytime next year then i should be going for the f1 stamping again which seems it is highly risky.So the best i can do is apply for H1 sooner keeping in mind that i should be traveling during any emergency's.So guys can you suggest and come out with any other views on it.
