maa frnd di kuda nee lage case unde kani atanu malli H1 process pettadu and somehow he got his problem solved , not sure what he did exactly(I know that he got into consultency and they took care from there)

may be H1 ki apply cheyavochu kani ee year kota ayipoyindi kada ,

otherwise you can go for F1 like get an I20 from college and convert your status to F1 .
