Here are some precautions to avoid from the weather conditions.

If you are inside home, go to the safe place you picked to protect yourself from glass and other flying objects. If The Thigh sounds may be approaching your area.

If you have no cellar or basement, take shelter in a small room in the center of your home on the lowest floor. A closet or bathroom is best. Stay away from south and west walls and windows.
