kakatiya Posted April 8, 2013 Author Report Posted April 8, 2013 I COULD NT APPLY MAN.. it is saying not to upload signed documents that are scanned... and in turn it is suggesting to upload as it is without sign.. so when i upload without sign as it is.. it is returning error saying .. you dont have access to this file... !!! i dont know.. how then ?
