Did Masters,going Back To India In December, Applying H-1B Next Year

Master's ipoyindi.....mba chesthunna.....June 2013 lo visa expires, November lo india pothunna...

If i'm out of status from December 2013, next year h-1b apply chesinappudu naa h-1b petition Master's quota lo pothada or regular quota lo pothada??

U can apply in masters quota any time....if some one did masters and was never on H1 b 10 yrs tvata 1st time h1 b apply chesina kuda u can apply in masters quota,...if u applied this yr and if not selected in lottery then also u can apply h1 b 1st time in masters quota anytime in ur life. Btw why did u decide to go to India? OPT lo jobs vetukovachu kada..personal reasons ayite okay..just curiousity to aksing personal ayite

oohh...India ki vellali pelli ki ante CPT is not a better suggestion. Nuvvu MBA finish cheyakunda sem break tesukoni pelli ki velli nuvvu f1 and ni wife f2 mida back ravachu ...vachaka CPT mida work cheyi dude and apply next year h1b in masters quota...edi na burra ki tochina chinna suggestion.

MY suggestion works only if u r studying in good univ.. not like 1st day CPT univ to maintain status
