morning - cereals or whole wheat bread wit egg whites
afternoon - oats wit curry
evenin - apple or pistachios(5-10)
1:30-2hrs gym evening
Night - 2 chapatis with curry
and daily mrng night 2 glasses milk tagutuna adi kooda fat freee
and green tea daily 2-3 times

for a day there is a limit to stress ur spine.. else the discs will bulge out
chala mandhi they will push themselves hard without any awareness.. and lift weights and does abs in irregular manner.... it will have a huge impact for the rest of their lives...

but with out proper knowledge if you work out, you won't see proper results
once you get a six pack, you can use the knowledge that he gave you to maintain the six pack.
