Whatever is happening now is only the trailer.. There are almost 10lakh NRIs from Seemandhra in US, UK, Australia, Middle East.. Think about all those people investing in the new capital..Every SA NRI I know is waiting for new capital announcement and they all want to buy some property there.. how is investing in real estate equal to development? Unless they produce goods/services that can be sold to others.
