Skin is glowing, no more skin issues now. But i have no idea how often i can do this detox in a year.

I haven't seen any noticeable changes. But I felt good abt it because it has all the essential minerals which we may not take in our daily food.

Some people take one spoon apple cider venegar mixed with water everyday, but i have some bad experiences with that. Main issues for hair and skin is ph balance anta. where acv is good for that but adi naaku padadu so i was looking for something which is good for ph balance and came to know about this blackstrap molasses. manam godavari district lo jeellu thintam kada made with concentrated sugar same ade formula anukunta inkonchem ekkuva concentrate chestaru. Okasari google kuda cheyi before using whether it is good for you or not.
