Correct... Nen iyyala 1hr 45 mins chesina.. velletappudu assal opika lekundey.. had some brown rice and just went to gym vellaka started working out.. Legs abs shoulders day today :)

people who want's to cut down but bored of cardio ee video choodandi.. cardio is good (specially running) but i think fluctuating heart rate and small bursts of workouts are effective.
