Fundraiser Register Report

This report is a quick way to see which Fundraisers were active on a particular day. Their login time, hours worked, logout time, number of signups, signups rate and device battery levels are all recorded here. 

 

Overview:

 

Fundraiser Register Report will be accessed from the drop down list in “Reports” section on Portal.

 

 

After selecting “Fundraiser Register” report, Portal displays which Fundraisers were active on a particular day. Their login time, hours worked, logout time, number of signups, signups rate and device battery levels. 

 

 

 

 

Detailed View of Report: 

User can View Report in detailed view by drag and drop a column header at top of the page. To view the Report in group by that column 

 

 

Drag and drop a Column header (Team Leader) in the free space, shown in the above figure. 

System will display the details of all Fundraisers belongs to that column header (Team Leader) in alphabetical order. 

 

 

Drag and drop another column header (Fundraiser) next to the previous column header (Team Leader), system will display a group of Fundraisers belongs to Team leader in alphabetical order.

 

Only “Team Leader” and “Fundraiser” column headers can be drag and dropped in the free space for this report. 

Report can be manipulated as per the user requirements and which column was drag and drop in first place the other two columns will fall under the first one. Each column header position can be changed in the drop box, by simply drag and drop, which will manipulate the Report as per the column headers order. (User can use one column header or multiple column headers at a time). 

 

Glossary: 

User can able to apply and save Filters by using “Filter” option on Top right of the page. 

Export the Report to local machine, and view Report in excel format. 

User can able to view Reports by date, by click and selecting the Date from Calendar located at bottom in “Filter” section. 

User can view number of Items in each page by selecting the “Items per Page” drop down list or “>, >>” and “<<, <” buttons at the bottom left of the page. 

User can able to apply filters to each column (If column is filter enabled).
