timmy Posted March 22, 2016 Report Posted March 22, 2016 In a much anticipated verdict over MLA Roja suspension case, division bench of High Court (HC) cancelled the interim orders given in favour of Roja, earlier, by a single bench from the same court. It cannot interfere in the powers of the legislature, the division bench ruled. With this, it is expected that Roja might approach the Supreme Court (SC). The order is yet to be released.
