After the speech of Chandrababu Naidu, Jagan rose and spoke about misuse of funds in the name of projects. His version was countered by Chief Whip Kalva Srinivasulu. Also minister Devineni Uma slammed Jagan for pointing fingers at others, The Speaker specified that it being World Water Day, speakers should limit their words to the subject. YSRCP legislators were seen surrounding the Speaker's podium and protesting.
