Infact I didn't have insurance in 2015 . Will that be a problem ? I owe IRS $4159 and I already payed the amount in full.
ceelogreen Posted March 24, 2016 Report Posted March 24, 2016 It didn't ask me anything bcoz I selected "employer offered me a very expensive insurance, " thats the reason why I didn't enroll. thats not an excuse for u to skip paying the penalty..... ur emp will be asked for explanation and supporting documentation... u need to submit proof that u have some form of insurance else get ready to face the penalty....
