Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan demanded the Centre to provide reservation for SC/STs in private jobs. With BJP's ideological mentor, the RSS batting for diluting reservation for the creamy layer among castes that enjoy quota in government jobs and education, Ram Vilas Paswan asked the BJP to take action for reservation in private sector. When he was told private sector is not willing to provide reservation to SCs and STs in jobs, Paswan said that private sector should think of providing reservation to SCs and STs in class-3 and class-4 jobs.
