Please grow up and they lack a lot of knowledge when working. Even if they have 10 yrs off shore exp is equivalent to 1yr MS guy. All H1Bs should be kicked out of this country especially all from MNCs and for your info I am FT employee and I don't even talk or reply to Indian MNCs folks as they are aat care to me.
