Other than solar projects.. ---------------------------------- FOOD COURT: I am currently working on it. Here is the idea. Maa oorilo popular ga unna road side paani puri bandi and chinese fast food center tho matladutha. I will rent a place, keep good ambience and keep hygenic( most places in india we miss this). I will set some food quality standards for paani puri and fast food vendors. These vendors will do business at my food court with THEIR goods I will give 80-20 to vendors on sales. mee suggestions chepandi, e business model meeda ---------------------------------- My Views on below business models as per this post replies: RESTAURANT AND TIFFIN CENTER: need to spend more time wastage will be more.. profit scope is less.. proven business model so competition is more.. ideally suitable only if you want to stick with that business. In my case i am working on multiple businesses so i can't spend time on this model. SOFTWARE COACHING CENTER - We can't beat ameerpet market.. not a good idea. REAL ESTATE - We need to be physically there... - not work for me..
