Can women take up system admin jobs? what are the prospects, do u think employers prefer hiring them?

I've seen men and women who r weak at logic and acads are surviving in jobs like Linux admin , database admin even cloud ( non programming one)

uncle nenekdaina underestimate chesana evarnaina….am encouraging her …see u and i doesn't know whats her skill set…did u take any assessment test of her? let her give a try…don't underestimate ur talent antunna.. after all  moddu mabbu fellows surviving
