macha Posted April 27, 2016 Report Posted April 27, 2016 My wife currently is under H1 and here current employer offered severance package where here current employment is good until June, but we were not aware of severance, I have applied for COS for H4 as she can be in legal status, but currently she got offer from new employer we are looking for H1 transfer, can anyone explain how this will work, can she request new employer to file H4 COS withdrawal along with H1 transfer to new employer? any help on this is appreciated. thank you Quote

Kotha Employer H1 transfer ki OK na? Mundu adi sure ga confirm chesukondi...because kontha mandi employers severance pay check use chesukuni H1 transfer ki oppukoru..it happened to me. They will say that severance pay check is not a proper form of proving that you are in a legal status( bcos severance means u already lost your job and hence your H1). Desi employer aithe problem undakapovachu mostly. i cannot comment on h4.. Quote
