Can H1 koolis work other than STEM jobs?

Maa Friend is on H1 status doing Contracter job. Vaaniki music meeda interest. So, somehow he got offer as a part time(20 hrs /week) music instructor. Ippudu question enti ante

H1 lo unte, no company other than your employer can run payroll on your name. only your employer should run payroll. 

H1 antene speciality occupation, nee profile lo unna nee special skills lo work cheyyali,  you are restricted to work on those speciality skills like IT etc.,

you can work at charity centers or food centers for homeless and distribute food/clothing -- this is voluntary work.

h1 is kooli visa myan. life lo interestlu avanni gattu meeda petti kooli pani chesi brathakali anthey according to USCIS
