i was joking man, a guy from a ivy league univ will not have time to wait for the h1 lottery and as you mentioned if he is that talented and the company wants to retain them they have different processes there is something called EB1 and also O1.

For all those complaining that they are extraordinarily talented and do not want to compete with people who have back logs i suggest to check if you qualify for the above mentioned categories. If you are not there is nothing much you can do except than standing in the line, uscis does not give a sh!t if you have 80% in btech from jntu we all know how you got it.

These won't work when they wish to join a company immediately after graduation. Their only option is H1
