Which is the shortest way to get a GC for an indian?

 

is it investment  or marrying a citizen or any other way?

Yes, it all depends on the role and employer. If your employer can talk to your attorney and provide roles and responsibilities showing you are manager, you are good. You will have to be outside the states for 1 yr in last 3 years with similar role and same employer.

450k money investment in Vermont is good  option you will get in 2 years..

edi oka chetta rule anedi ippude chusthunna.......outside athaniki same role ledu....I mean he is Assistant VP in Singapore due to some politics.......but he is becoming VP lead this year......

marring also takes 1.5-2 years..

Assistant VP is still considered as executive in some cases. So it all depends on the employer and attorney.
