FT doesn't necessarily mean they are more talented or whatever. I started my career with an FT and worked as an FT for 4 years before switching over to contracting, mainly because of GC issues and layoffs at my FT work place. I have also turned down many a FT offer because of the pain of re-starting my GC process and not knowing for sure whether they would do it in EB3 or EB2 since a lot of HRs flip flop on this issue(not that this matters anymore but back in the day it did).
