US lo lekka UK lo exploiting ledu man... but if you have to land in a job or interview, agencies play key role.. but more like single payment types lo untai anukunta valla dealings...

UK lo mostly contracts they pay per day basis, al eami kaadu 

At least 2 weeks notice isthadu, terminating or extending contract. 

Fire sesthe, aa 2 weeks pay kuda isthadu 

Taxes ante, US la house rent or mortgage 1200$ per month vunte, eda kuda same vuntadi in 1200£, so neeku vache salary la substial amount will go out. 

Food bills are same . at the ens, compared to US Salary same ayina, after all expences savings US anta vundavu, Unless you are a doctor
