Don't bother. You don't have to believe in this guy who moved 4 times in last 5 years in contract. In desis, people look for technical skills. And communication skills comes next but not total priority. Having them will help you. There are thousands of Americans who have soft skills but why don't companies take them. Because Indians technical knowledge is what companies wanted.
