H1B dependent employers are going to be worst hit. We can expect certain rules like first one should try to find american employee for at least one month, post the job on american government based job portal, if they don't receive response, only then they ca hire h1b etc etc...

there would be a proper definition of skill. 

in Single line, In future, H1b will be a prized and only talented individuals can get h1b. h1b will redefined as highly skilled visa, will not be cheap labor visa anymore. Outsourcers will find it big time to get h1b..

next year, barely 80-100k applications vastayi...may be we can get to see priprity based visas...and can get to see what is priority..

however, ivala vache EO is just a direction to USCIS to implement stricter rules but we can expect these rules in the days to come..

no extensions for H1B after 6 years (doesn't matter if I140 is approved or not)

if changed employer after I140 approved. it is void coz this company has to prove they need the H1b Employee in long run

every extension application should have sufficient documentation to prove the importance of the role and why it is required.

yeah i think it is for machinery jobs
