Yeah measure cheyakunda cook chesi 80% appudu theeyochu or inko method just use 1:1 vesi cook chesi water ayipoyindhi annappudu motham meat meedha poseyochu rice. That way I know for sure rice is cooked 80%. First method lo some times u may over cook or under cook but second method fool proof Quote
