I think after sometime they declare the person as dead. After that they can claim.

she is adopted from india and she didn't had parents. So unless they took the policy here , she wont have any policy.

Assume he did something ....for something ........... but that 3 AM story does not gel well ....... he will be fault for child endangerment regardless the baby is found or not ............ if he wanted to do something he could have done this in India .......does not need to do here ...... laws are very strict here ........ there must be some other story .......... something might have happened overnight and to hide that this story has been created in a haste by the family ..........both husband and wife .......... lekapothe wife brought in lawyer even when police said that wife was sleeping and she is not the suspect in this case ............hmmmm ............ we need to wait for the truth ........... india aithe vadini bokka lo vesi kullapodchevaaru .....thats it ...... he would have told the truth ...........

Ide jarigi untadi. India ki velli drop chesi anna raavachchu. Car missing ante he might have went in search of kid around that time n returned back. Ppl do silly things sometimes which might raise more doubts on their conduct.
