It's your interpretation. Book doesn't say anything ??

anything good or bad is based on your interpretation ani telsukunna. It's all in your mind anthe. Just because 10 members endorse it as a good or bad doesn't become one, it's in your mind and how you interpret the things

Yes, I read many books based on Mahabaratha. 
Greatness of mahabaratha is, evadiu point of view lo susthe ade correct anipistadu. 

This is the best Screenplay i have seen, evadu rasado kaani.

But Anni characters kanna, Duryodhana char ni baaga defame sesaru anipistadi. 

As per history i have read, he is a better ruler than pandavas

according to folk lore he is supposed to be a Just King and wise ruler who was perfect in everything except his treatment of the Pandavas.
