always good to contest. you might get reduced points or can change violation on plea bargain. extreme circumstances lo driving class ki vellamantadu to reduce the violation.  depends on how you contest

munde anukoni ostharu bro.. vere laga enduku cheptharu.. unless ne lawyer cross questions them tricky. 

 

shitty reason em kadu.. tailgate or drive close is normal.. i dont remember how much distance but traffic lo unnapdu neeku telikunda bumper to bumper chesavemo.. rule of thumb ne driving seat lo without leaning forward eduranga vadi back tires complete kanipinchali... that will cover the required distance.
