Home Loan Lender Selection

Hi Everyone,

Can some one help me in deciding How to select the best lender for my Home loan.

If I go with the builder's mortgage company, They are offering around 8000$ as incentive towards closing costs.

Whats the difference between APR & interest rates etc.

 

Please throw some light and share some information here which will help  others too.

interest only home value meda untadi .. I think APR includes closing costs and stuff .. idi nakunna idea but not sure if that is correct

go ahead with builder and take those 8k incentives and do refinance next month..
