Is moving to Dallas area a good option from Seattle?

nenu curently in Seattle area. Problem enti ante, Seattle area lo housing prices are around 750k(commute will be around 45 min to bellevue and 1 hr to Seattle ONE WAY in car. Bus around 1:15 min) from suburb. Currently in apartment paying around 2300$ in rent without utilities etc. ee apartment aithe easy to commute. Still 40min to Seattle but bus facility is awesome.

If I buy a home in this area rest of my life will be working for bank in repaying loan. 

Worried about kids. maku kids eppudu apartment lo ne unnamu ane childhood ivva kudadu anukuntunnamu. oka vela dhairyam chesi illu konte prati nela pay check to paycheck undali then going to India will also be a burden accounting school fee, kids minor activities and some small outings.

maa company Irving lo kuda undi. Internal transfer pettukovachu wihtout any pay hit. Seattle salary tho Dallas lo undavachu anedi naa rough estimate. Is it a good idea to move Irving, so that spend littile time in traffic and littile bit better things for kids and spend more time.

koncham mee experiences share cheyyandi. Cost of living, kids education, commute etc in Dallas area. Is it worth considering to move Irving?

Amazon aa vuncle.. nenu seattle lo unna ..planning to move back to texas.. east or west texas is best.

ade problem in Seattle Bhayya. 750k you can expect 3 bed room home. Nenu 2015 lo move ayinappudu.. same houses were around 550k. ippudu two miles lopaliki vellali and my collegue who bought home there recommends not to buy there because of traffic.
