Again, anyone who has read the basics of DUI and what it means in the driver's handbook would know this. Try to read before by hearting and taking the license exam next time onwards. There's a reason why that handbook is printed, it's not because they want to provide some work to the printers.

Lot of people have drunk and drive at some point of time in life so automatically all of u r criminals so why didn't you go to jail ?? Just heart meeda cheyyi vesi cheppandi bhayya ... I think he should get punishment but there is always a benefit of doubt because his crime is not intentional
