Union Cabinet can recocmend it to President directly if it is Monetary and Security or State Annexion related

 

Its in the hands of president whether to send back to house for disco..in this case he passed it out.

370 itself was a presidential order and either we need to do constitutional amendment with hi he as expected tonhappen but presidential order tho pani kanichesinaru

370 was temporary status which did not had a deadline, ie President deadline ichi aipoindi ani dukanam bandh chesindu
