Hello Guys

Question about H4 stamping along with h1b stamping in India.

Changed employer A to B with premium processing got the h1 approval and h4 biometric ichamu within a week or so. But still status shows "Fringerprint review was completed" and are working on i-539 anni showing. Its been more than 3 months now. I know its taking so long nowadays.. Need some suggestions.

We are planning to goto india in next 2 months and slot petkovali. H4 dependent stamping attend kavocha na tho pattu? without approval and application still in progress?
