Just saying that not everything in IT is easy. Compare Healthcare to IT and not your average system admin with a doctor. There are many divisions within the industry and there is a hierarchy. Pharmacists, Nurses, Radiologists, Physiotherapists, Physician Assistants and many more come under healthcare. Obviously not everything related to healthcare is tough or requires creativity and therefore the pay difference.
