Rgv makes movies in a very cheap budget.. Less than 1 or 2 crores.. and most of his recent movies were directed by his assistants.. he spends more time on Publicity than on movie making.. he gets a min of 10 Crores with satellite, OTT and theatrical rights... why would he not make a movie when he knows that it would create a controversy??

since making profits on someone else's sad life is brutal, that girl already went through a whole lot, 

will see, but i proved that rgv not a man of his words..lol..actually he proved that himself.
