Hi Friends ...my attorney mentioned she submitted my eb3 downgrade application package (140, 485 & ead) to uscis on 08/10. I sill didn't received any receipt mail from uscis. Will it take time. Attorney is on vacation for 1 month and no response. will i get receipt notice to my address or wait for attorney?
