It sounds like SR’s and ER’s kind of indirectly helping cases if not immediately. I can connect the dots based on lot of people who had 485 or 765 approved cases and this is one very common point. It certainly doesn’t hurt to raise SR or ER.

Just heard from my friend his attorney Fragomen forgot to ship 485 along with 140 (downgrade) case anta. Took two weeks to complete paper work and medicals and they did not ship. I cannot tell how useless Fragomen’s team is becoming each passing day. Good Luck anna.
