Thank u bro . I have my EAD AP until 2025 . Is it better and safe to switch to EAD . I know it is personal choice just checking around. My Pd eb3 2014 Jun

I would not suggest to switch to EAD unless you have no way to renew H1B. One of the main reasons is that you cannot travel while you are on EAD without AP and AP comes for only 1yr and renewal times are at 8-12 months meaning that you cannot travel while your AP is pending approval. On the other side, if you have H1B stamp, you could travel for 3 yrs ...so think about it. I'm curious to hear what other hidden benefits are there to stay back on H1B.

if your application is reviewed crp or interview complete or emina rfe vacchi unte answer chesi unte should be fine please be cognizant about AP renewal emergency travel lo koncham hassle untundi , if they are not renewin AP on time.

Else no issues in using EAD

My 485 interview is done. For my pd it may take another 5 years or more to get gc. AP is luck I guess

Google deferred inspection sites. Go there and ask them to update i94 expiry based on company B's 797.

Its completely personal choice and future plan, I know families who are doing multiple jobs using EAD b'coz eventually the plan is to relocate to india and quit IT with goal to make as much as u can, definitely a great opp.. 1 job and no other plans ante just stick to h1b

Adi renewal ki applicable kaadu bro. Only for first, or may be when the current one expires.
