No idea anna this was debate when when most of us upgraded and downgraded etc about a file moved between centers and subsequently delaying the existing application , but no data points, why are you applying new anna when you have eb1 140 approved?

I have EB1-B which is employer sponsored anna, dates retrogessed. Planning to change jab, so thinking of self petitioning EB1-A so future lo employer and I-485j godava vundadhu ani.

What is the process and   required documents needed to renew the spouse AOS EAD/AP while primary GC is approved?
