Texas lo 2500sqft or less houses kastam ani vinna....pretty much majority of the houses there are above 3000...so we dont have much option to buy smaller house

650K is OK anukunta....ppl are ready to spend 700K for brand new and unfortunately no inventory there...edaina lot open aithe chaalu, waiting list lo mana serial 100 lo undi anta.

Seller's market kada so price are high now..but even if there is a recession in coming years, prices may fall a bit but if you look at long term, say 2030 ki Dallas, Austin area will be like Bay area....ippudu 600-700K investment will be min. $1mil or more.

US lo desi santha baaga perigindhi last 2 decades nundi....and eventually married folks will start buying houses and at one point of time lo we feel like cold places are not for us ani...then obvious choice will be South. Andulo Texas will be top priority...so I think its OK to spend high on houses now

I remember back in 2007 lo oka mandhu sitting appudu one guy was telling us abt his cousin who bought a house in bay area (dont remember which location) for $750K or 800 something....and other guy from Dallas was shocked and was laughing that Dallas lo half the price lo we can get even bigger house ani

cut chesthe, bay area lo double/triple aindhi prices and Dallas lo kuda doubled now....so by 2030 it will be even higher in Dallas/Austin side.
