People who are talking long term.....long term lo house construction would change dramatically. The ones constructed now won't be preferred....just like closed kitchens are out of favor.

 

Investment anukunte....put it in Index funds....much better returns long term.

check India and US, it varies a lot in US with multiple jetstreams, whereas its east to west in entire india

change the date in US to 5/2 and see how its north to south aligned
