Why should she be faulted? Fault your Eddy and langa govt for not having proper population control or not acting against people who do not report to such duties after consuming salaries. Humans are filth. Dogs are not same what we saw in our childhood. They were less in number. Now they are more in number and 90% of them are injured. They are not being sterilized. Both human dna dog population have spiraled. What do you suggest govt should do? Continue controlling dog population / sterilizing ? Quote

A human will not tolerate abuse, so how do you expect an animal to? Take strict action against those who attack dogs. Treat them with love and every dog wags around you. If you let humans abuse them or your kid to pelt stones at them because your kid is cute for you, expect hostility from them. Sterilize them. Quote

When folks who are collecting salaries for taking care of stray animals do not serve after 10am exist and you do nothing about it, this will continue.. no strict laws against animal abuse and no sterilization drive.
